His ability to deeply understand his clients requirements while having a very strong technical ability sets him apart from others in the industry.

A visionary with a passion for his clients success, Mark has aligned himself strongly with Microsoft having been certified since 2003 in their technologies. Mark holds the highest levels of Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. He was one of the first globally to be certified in Microsoft Office 365. He has also held other certifications from Cisco (CCNA) and VMware (VCP) as well as industry vendors such as HPE and Sophos.

Since 2015 Mark has attended the Microsoft TechEd, now Microsoft Ignite conferences where he assists in running the Learning Zone to assist other IT Professionals develop their technical skill set.
